I am trying something new today that's a fun way to find other awesome blogs to read! I am linking up for What's Up Wednesday!
What we're eating this week:
After a hiatus from the kitchen (I pretty much put life on hold while getting ready for my exam), I am back in business. This week we have had a yummy Balsamic Pot Roast and homemade pizza. Tonight I'm thinking breakfast for supper because it's fast and easy and Landon has kids ministry night at church that we have to get to by 6:30.
What I'm reminiscing about:
My time with the sweet boy and his momma back in November. I miss them so much and wish I could hop a plane to go visit them. He is growing so fast!!

What I'm Loving:
I am absolutely loving this unseasonably warm North Dakota weather we are having. Bring on Spring!!
What we've been up to:
Business as usual around here...school for bubba, work for Cory, and job hunting for me. SUPER fun stuff.
What I'm dreading:
Speaking of job hunting....ugh. I am normally a very outgoing person, but when it comes to job hunting, interviewing....ugh again. Count me out. It makes me so anxious.
What I'm working on:
My faith. I was born and raised Catholic, went to private school from Kindergarten through Grad School, but always felt as if I was just going through the motions. We started going to church with Cory's brother a couple months ago, and BAM!! We feel so at home there. Landon loves going, and we are excited to go every weekend. I joined a bible study and Landon has started to ask to go to Wednesday night kids ministry. I am so excited to grow more in my faith and reconnect in my relationship with Jesus.

The Hill of the Cross. Taken on my mission trip to Guatemala.
What I'm excited about:
We have been getting Save-the-Dates and wedding invitations galore in our mailbox the past few weeks, and that makes me so excited to get together and celebrate our friends and their love! Cheers to wedding fun and friends!
What I'm watching/reading:
Cory and I always watch a show together before we go to bed, and we are watching The Americans. LOVE IT! Seriously, watch it. It's so good. I have also been watching re-runs of Gilmore Girls during the day, because hello, its Gilmore Girls.

I just finished reading The Choice by Nicholas Sparks---ummmm yea. Good is an understatement. Although, I'm a sucker and love all Nicholas Sparks books. The boys got me The Girl Without A Name by Sandra Block for Valentine's day, so I'm starting that next. Side note: It's SOOOO nice to read for leisure again and not feel guilty that I'm not reading a textbook instead!!
What I'm listening to:
Florida Georgia Line on repeat. The second I heard that they were coming back to Bismarck, I was like, "Cory, we are going. Done and done." The first time we saw them Cory and I both agreed they put on the best concert we have ever been too. We had so much fun!
What I'm wearing:
I did a post about earlier this week about what I have been wearing lately...check it out!
What I'm doing this weekend:
On Saturday we are headed up to Minot to celebrate Cory's grandpa's birthday with lots of family and lots of food. Sunday Landon has a birthday party. That's about it. We are trying our hardest to reclaim our relaxing weekends that are low key and just hang out as a family.
What I'm looking forward to next month:
Easter and Spring break with my boys!
