The first couple days back at school after Christmas break just take it outta ya....He fell asleep on the couch at 6pm and slept straight through the night until we had to wake him up the next morning at 7:15am!
Family date night after a long week.
I'm loving Landon's input to our weekly calendar. His priorities are on point: Friday, watch Modern Family; Saturday, do nothing. haha
This just spoke to me! haha #mimosasarelife
Just a casual work luncheon....with MISS AMERICA! It was fun to meet and chat with the very first Miss America from ND-she is also a Bismarck native.
About once a year, I decide I am SO over my long hair and chop it. My hair grows super fast, so it doesn't really scare me to make a big change. A couple weeks ago I chopped 5 inches off. All the praise hands for decreased blow-dry time and hair that can be styled in 10 minutes!

Homemade pizza night and cousin time.
The January temps in Bis were NOT friendly. This was without windchill.
I was in line at the check out and thought this was funny.....the difference between a wife's and husband's grocery list items.
My child in a nutshell. Harry Potter book, with Lego used as a bookmark.
We finally were able to go over and meet my girlfriend Brianna's little man! And I brought her some new-mom liquid encouragement. ;)
Hard to believe this sweet little guy was in his mama's tummy at our wedding and now he is here! :)
Impromptu date night when Landon had a last minute sleepover. We took full advantage and went out for steaks then saw the movie 12 Strong. I asked Cory if he liked my new earrings, and he told me they looked like "Native American fishing lures." Men (eye roll).
Just a little peek into what we have been up to. Nothing too exciting!
