I haven't posted for awhile and thought I would do a quick catch up of where we have been and what we have been up to!
Let's first start wayyyyy back to last fall. My mom and step-dad flew in and joined us for Thanksgiving. We love having visitors even though we don't have the most ideal place for it right now. ;) haha

We had an INSANE amount of snowfall early in the winter this year, and all the snow days were used up before December really even got started. I'm talking the Governor declaring a state of emergency and not getting mail for weeks. CRAZY!!
During one of the days at home we decided to make homemade "snow"cream. It was actually pretty good!
We spent Christmas in Texas again this year, and enjoyed the beautiful 70 degree weather while everyone back in ND got slammed with another massive snowmageddon. :)
Cory and I hadn't gone out for New Year's Eve in a few years, so this year we got together with our closest friends and had a great time ringing in the New Year!
In February, I flew to KC and met up with my mom, aunt, and bestie to shop for the most important dress I will wear in my life. We had a successful weekend of shopping and had so much fun spending time together.
March was baby month over here!! We had so many friends and family that were due, so we have been enjoying all the snuggles!
Cory and I both listen to the Bobby Bones Show in the morning, and were so excited when he announced his comedy tour was making a stop in Bismarck! We went with some friends and had a great date night.
We have had BEAUTIFUL weather this Spring, and have taken full advantage! Soccer has started, and so have bike rides, days at the shooting range, and trips to the park.
We celebrated Cory's 28th birthday with hibachi and banana cream cheesecake. Pretty fancy stuff. ;)
Easter was low-key. Church followed by yummy food with family. Landon was excited because at kid's ministry on Easter they gave away new Bibles. He was happy that he got a blue one, and read it all the way home from church.
We, or should I say I, have been very busy with wedding planning and slowly but surely everything is falling into place. We have lots of fun things coming up in the next few months-lots to look forward to!!
